Revenue Calculation
A 10% spend on contracted rooms revenue will be assigned at the time of contracting.The 10% spend will be adjusted to actual paid and occupied rooms excluding taxes.

Contracting Window
- Applies to all new RFPs only (current contracted business not eligible)
- Applies to all new group business
- Must receive definite contract prior to December 31, 2009
- Business must actualize prior to December 31, 2010
- Flexible Meetings offer is for specific contracted meeting only
- Flexible Meetings offer is forfeited if meeting is cancelled
- Bank is not applicable to any attrition or F&B Minimum
- Group would be responsible for all upgrades and purchases that are incurred should room nights not materialize.
